These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crafts.ly marketplace platform, including the website at crafts.ly and the Crafts.ly mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Verra Technology Corporation ("Crafts.ly," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Platform is currently available to buyers and sellers in the United States only. We do not support international transactions, shipping, or seller accounts outside the United States at this time.
You may create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at support@crafts.ly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create an account using another person's identity or create multiple accounts. Usernames may not contain variations of "craftsly" or be misleading about your identity.
Crafts.ly is a social marketplace that connects artists who create handmade goods with buyers. We provide the platform and tools, but we are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship any products listed on the Platform.
When you place an order, you are entering into a transaction directly with the seller. Crafts.ly facilitates the payment and provides tools for order management, but the seller is responsible for fulfilling the order.
Product prices are set by sellers. A service fee of 10% is added to the product price at checkout and is paid by the buyer. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Crafts.ly does not store your full payment card information.
Shipping costs and methods are determined by the seller. Estimated delivery times are provided by sellers and are not guaranteed by Crafts.ly. Shipping is available within the United States only.
Return policies are set by individual sellers on a per-product basis. Review the seller's return policy before making a purchase. If an order is cancelled by the seller, you will receive an automatic full refund.
If you have an issue with an order, contact the seller through the Platform's messaging system first. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at support@crafts.ly.
Buyers cannot cancel orders directly. To request a cancellation, contact the seller through the Platform's messaging system. Sellers may cancel orders at their discretion, which triggers an automatic refund.
To sell on the Platform, you must be located in the United States and complete the seller onboarding process, which includes setting up a Stripe Connect account for receiving payouts. You are responsible for ensuring your Stripe account remains in good standing and that your business complies with Stripe's Restricted Businesses policies.
Crafts.ly is a marketplace for handmade goods. All products listed on the Platform must be handmade or significantly altered by hand. You may list products that you have made yourself, or products made by another artist who has authorized you to sell on their behalf.
If you are selling on behalf of another artist, you are fully responsible for ensuring the goods are genuinely handmade, that you have verifiable authorization from the original maker, and that all listings accurately represent the product and its origin. Crafts.ly may request proof of authorization at any time, and failure to provide it may result in listing removal or account suspension.
The following are not permitted on the Platform:
We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not meet these requirements and to suspend or terminate the accounts of sellers who repeatedly list prohibited items.
You are responsible for ensuring your product listings are accurate, including descriptions, photos, pricing, shipping costs, and return policies. Misrepresenting products may result in listing removal or account suspension.
Sellers are subject to the following fees on each completed transaction:
Fees are deducted automatically before seller payouts. A detailed breakdown of fees is available in your seller dashboard for each order.
Seller payouts are managed through Stripe Connect. Payout schedules, methods, and thresholds are configured in your Stripe dashboard. Once funds are transferred to your Stripe account, payout timing is managed by Stripe according to your account settings.
When you receive an order, you are expected to:
Crafts.ly may cancel orders that are not shipped in a timely manner. Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in loss of selling privileges.

When you receive an order, you will have access to certain buyer information, including the buyer's name and shipping address. This information is provided to you solely for the purpose of fulfilling that specific order. Any other use of buyer information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
As a seller, you may not, under any circumstances:
Violation of this section will result in immediate and permanent termination of your seller account without warning. In addition, you may be held personally liable for damages resulting from the misuse of buyer information, including but not limited to statutory damages under applicable federal and state privacy laws. Crafts.ly reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, against any seller who violates these buyer information protections.
By becoming a seller on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that buyer information is confidential, that it is entrusted to you under strict conditions, and that you accept full legal responsibility for its protection.
Sellers are strongly encouraged to use a shipping method that includes tracking and delivery confirmation for every order. Sellers should also consider purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for higher-value items.
If you choose to ship without tracking or insurance, you assume all risk of loss, damage, or delivery disputes. Crafts.ly cannot mediate shipping disputes where no tracking information is available, and the absence of tracking may result in the dispute being resolved in favor of the buyer. Sellers who consistently ship without tracking or who accumulate unresolved delivery disputes may face restrictions on their selling privileges.
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Crafts.ly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You are responsible for all content you post and represent that you have the right to share it. You may not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
The Platform includes messaging features for communication between buyers and sellers. While we do not routinely monitor the contents of private messages, we reserve the right to review messages when necessary to enforce these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or to respond to reports of abuse, harassment, fraud, or other violations. We may also implement automated systems in the future to detect and flag potential policy violations in messages.
All users must comply with our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension or termination.
You may not:
The Platform, including its design, features, and content created by Crafts.ly (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Verra Technology Corporation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our written consent.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@crafts.ly with a description of the claimed infringement.
You can report content or users that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines through the Platform's reporting features. We review reports and take action at our discretion, which may include:
We are not obligated to take any specific action in response to a report. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that your use of the Platform poses a risk to other users or to Crafts.ly.
If your account is suspended, you will be notified and may contact support@crafts.ly for more information. If your account is disabled, your content will be removed from the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day holding period before permanent deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRAFTS.LY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
CRAFTS.LY IS A MARKETPLACE PLATFORM AND IS NOT A PARTY TO TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR ACCURACY OF ANY LISTINGS, THE ABILITY OF SELLERS TO SELL OR FULFILL ORDERS, OR THE ABILITY OF BUYERS TO COMPLETE PURCHASES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTS.LY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CRAFTS.LY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafts.ly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for any disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at support@crafts.ly. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

This section applies specifically to your use of the Crafts.ly mobile application ("App") downloaded from the Apple App Store or any other app distribution platform. This section supplements the Terms above and, where this section conflicts with the rest of these Terms regarding the App, this section controls.
This agreement is between you and Verra Technology Corporation only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Verra Technology Corporation, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. This agreement may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Verra Technology Corporation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the App. If you sell your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the App before doing so.
Verra Technology Corporation is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. For support, contact us at support@crafts.ly.
Verra Technology Corporation is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Verra Technology Corporation's sole responsibility.
You acknowledge that Verra Technology Corporation, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. These Terms do not limit Verra Technology Corporation's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Verra Technology Corporation, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. This includes, but is not limited to, your wireless data service agreement and the terms of any third-party services accessed through the App, such as Stripe's terms of service for payment processing.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the App, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
