Crafts.ly is a marketplace where independent artists sell handmade goods directly to you. Every item on the platform is crafted by hand, so you're supporting real people and their creative work with every purchase.

Crafts.ly is currently available in the United States only. All sellers are based in the US and shipping is limited to US addresses.

You can browse the feed to discover new artists, follow artists whose work you love, and shop their products all in one place. Think of it as a social feed and a marketplace combined.

Creating an Account

You can browse Crafts.ly without an account, but you'll need one to make a purchase, follow artists, or interact with posts. Sign up is free and only takes a moment using your Google or Apple account.

How Purchasing Works

When you find something you'd like to buy, tap the product to see its full details including the price, description, shipping information, and reviews from other buyers. From there you can add it to your cart.

When you're ready to check out, you'll enter your shipping address and payment information. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, so your card details are never stored on our servers.

Once your order is placed, the seller is notified immediately and will begin preparing your item for shipment.

What to Expect After Checkout

After you place an order, you'll be able to track its progress from your profile under the Orders tab. Here's what each status means:

• Paid — Your payment has been processed and the seller has been notified. They're preparing your order.
• Shipped — The seller has shipped your item. If tracking is available, you'll see the carrier and tracking number on your order details.

You'll also receive notifications as your order moves through these stages.

Communicating With Sellers

If you have a question about a product before you buy, or need to check in on an order after purchasing, you can message the seller directly through the app. Tap the seller's name on any product or order to visit their profile, or use the "Contact Seller" button on your order details.

Sellers on Crafts.ly are independent artists, so response times may vary, but most sellers are responsive and happy to help.

Shipping & Return Policies

Each seller on Crafts.ly sets their own shipping prices, delivery timelines, and return policies. This information is displayed on every product page, so you can review it before you buy.

Because every seller is an independent artist, policies vary. Some sellers offer free shipping, others charge a flat rate per order or per item. Some accept returns, others sell final-sale only. If you have questions about a specific policy, you can message the seller before purchasing.

Tips for a Great Experience

• Read the product description carefully. Handmade items can vary slightly from photos. Sellers typically note dimensions, materials, and any natural variations.
• Check shipping and return details. Review the seller's policies on the product page before purchasing so you know what to expect.
• Leave a review. After your order has shipped, you can leave a review to help other buyers and support the seller. You can do this from your order details.
