Crafts.ly is a marketplace and social platform for handmade goods. It's a place where artists share their work, connect with buyers, and sell what they create by hand. Everything on the platform should support that purpose.
The following are not permitted on Crafts.ly. Content or accounts that violate these guidelines may be removed.

Reviews are an important part of the marketplace. Buyers can leave reviews after an order has shipped, and sellers can reply to reviews on their products.
We ask that all reviews reflect genuine experiences and remain respectful. Reviews that contain harassment, spam, or content unrelated to the transaction may be removed.
Sellers should not pressure buyers into leaving positive reviews or retaliate against buyers who leave negative feedback.
If you see something that doesn't belong on Crafts.ly, you can report it directly in the app. Reports can be submitted for posts, products, users, comments, reviews, and conversations.
To report, tap the menu icon on the content and select "Report." Choose the reason that best describes the issue:

Crafts.ly takes fraud seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Crafts.ly cooperates with law enforcement and will report illegal activity, including fraud, to the appropriate authorities when warranted.

We aim to enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently. If you believe an action was taken against your account in error, you can contact us at support@crafts.ly to request a review.
Your reputation on Crafts.ly matters. Fulfill orders promptly, communicate with buyers when issues arise, and represent your products accurately in your listings and photos. Sellers who consistently provide a poor experience, such as failing to ship orders, misrepresenting products, or being unresponsive to buyers, may have their selling privileges revoked.
