To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your username or email address so we can locate your account.
  • A description of the issue with as much detail as you can provide.
  • Your order number if the issue is related to a specific order.
  • Screenshots if applicable, especially for issues with listings, payments, or app behavior.

What We Can Help With

  • Account issues, including restoration of a deleted account within the 30-day holding period.
  • Order and payment questions.
  • Reporting a problem that needs immediate attention.
  • Questions about selling, fees, or payouts.
  • Feedback or suggestions for the platform.

Response Times

Crafts.ly is a small team and we do our best to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. If your issue is urgent, please note that in your subject line.

In-App Support

You can also access help directly from the app. Go to Settings and tap Help & Support for quick access to our help center and contact options. If you have an issue with a specific order, you can tap Get Help on your order details to contact support with your order information pre-filled.
