If you've contacted the seller and haven't been able to reach a resolution, you can contact Crafts.ly support at support@crafts.ly. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will review it and help mediate.
If a seller cancels your order before it ships, you'll receive a full refund automatically. You'll be notified when the cancellation occurs. Crafts.ly may also cancel and refund orders that are not shipped in a timely manner.
At this time, buyers cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel, message the seller as soon as possible and they can cancel it from their end before shipping.
