Verra Technology Corporation ("Crafts.ly," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Crafts.ly marketplace platform, including the website at crafts.ly and the Crafts.ly mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through third-party sign-in providers (Google or Apple). We do not store passwords directly.
Profile Information. You may provide a display name, username, bio, and profile photo. Seller accounts also include business-related details provided during the seller onboarding process.
Transaction Information. When you make a purchase or receive a payment, we collect information related to the transaction, including items purchased, order amounts, shipping addresses, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full payment card numbers and bank account details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.
Content You Create. Posts, product listings, comments, reviews, messages, and other content you submit to the Platform. While we do not routinely monitor private messages, we may review message content when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, investigate reports of abuse or fraud, or comply with legal obligations. We may also implement automated systems in the future to detect potential policy violations.
Communications. When you contact our support team at support@crafts.ly, we collect the contents of your messages.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, searches performed, and actions taken. We use Amplitude for analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the Platform.
Device Information. Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
Log Data. IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and access times when you use our website.

With Other Users. Your profile information (display name, username, bio, photo) is visible to other users. If you are a seller, buyers who place an order will see your shipping information as needed for delivery. If you are a buyer, sellers will see your shipping address to fulfill your order.
Restrictions on Seller Use of Buyer Information. Sellers receive buyer information (such as name and shipping address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling specific orders. Sellers are strictly prohibited from using buyer information for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose beyond order fulfillment, and may not retain buyer information after fulfillment is complete. Sellers may not sell, share, or transfer buyer information to any third party. Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination. Service Providers. We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf:
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crafts.ly, our users, or the public. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
Business Transfers. If Crafts.ly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services.
When you delete your account, it enters a 30-day holding period during which your account can be restored by contacting support@crafts.ly. After 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and resolving disputes.
Account Information. You can update your profile information at any time through the app.
Account Deletion. You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. See Section 5 for details on the deletion process.
Notifications. You can manage your notification preferences in the app's Settings.
Communications. You can contact us at support@crafts.ly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@crafts.ly and we will take steps to delete that information.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
