When you purchase an item on Crafts.ly, your payment is processed immediately through Stripe. The seller is notified right away and can begin preparing your order. You'll see a confirmation with your order number, and the order will appear under the Orders tab on your profile.
Every order goes through a series of statuses as it moves from purchase to delivery. You can check your order's current status at any time from your profile under the Orders tab.
When a seller ships your order, they can include a tracking carrier and tracking number. If tracking is available, it will appear on your order detail page. You can use the carrier name and tracking number to look up your shipment on the carrier's website.
Not all sellers provide tracking. If tracking isn't available and you have questions about your shipment, you can message the seller directly from your order details.
Each seller on Crafts.ly sets their own shipping prices and estimated delivery times. Shipping details are shown on each product page before you buy, and the shipping cost is included in your order total at checkout.
